Olives "Cassées 200g"

OLIVE  VARIETY:  This  preparation  is  made  from  the  “Salonenque  “and  “Béruguette”  varieties. These  varieties  are  specific  of  the  “Vallée  des  Baux”  area.  The  flavours  are  those  of  artichoke  and
green herbs.

TASTING: The olives are firm in the mouth and have a distinct fennel taste.

SERVING  SUGGESTIONS:  These olives are perfect for  an aperitif, but  they  will also accommodate your Mediterranean style main courses, such as tajine, Lemon Chicken, Lamb stew etc…
